I have been so busy lately that I haven’t been eating healthily- I keep opting for noodles, toast, anything that takes under five minutes to make. This has led me to feel some pretty awful hypoglycemic like symptoms in the afternoon- I crash, can’t concentrate, get shaky, headaches, and a raging appetite that just leads me back to starchy awful carbs that just drive my blood sugar right back up again. It’s a horrible cycle. I’m going to see my doctor next week, as well as a naturopath, so I can see whats going on with my body, stop this awful fatigue, and feel better. I will also do my best to abstain from refined carbohydrates- they are now the enemy >__>
